Quick answer
To change the bank account for Direct Debit, Contact us. We send a setup link. Tell us when you have completed it so we can update our records and cancel the old mandate.
More detail
Direct Debit is required for all Simple Telecoms services. This guide is about changing the bank account used for Direct Debit, not stopping automatic payment.
Contact us before you change anything at your bank. We send you a Direct Debit setup link for the new account.
Complete the new setup, then tell us you have done it. We update our systems and cancel the old mandate.
Do not cancel your old Direct Debit at the bank before the new mandate is in place. That can result in a Direct Debit termination charge.
Changing bank account does not change your bill date or the amount you owe.
If you are ordering a new service or change as an existing customer, you usually do not need a new Direct Debit. Reply to confirm your quote and pay the setup fee invoice instead.

- Assuming a change at the bank alone updates our records without the new setup link.
