Before you begin
- Check dial tone works before programming.
- Use clear labels large enough to read without glasses if needed.
Store a speed dial number
Find the speed dial section in your phone instruction book.
Pick an empty memory key, often numbered 1 to 9.
Enter the full phone number you want to store including area code.
Save or confirm as the manual describes.
Write the name beside the key on a label.
Test by picking up the handset and pressing the memory key.
