Set up your box step by step
Unpack the box on a stable surface near a power socket and your main phone point or fibre box.
For a single-port main socket: plug the adapter filter into the socket. Connect the grey cable from the router DSL port to the DSL port on the filter. Do not plug your phone into the filter phone port.
For a dual-port main socket: plug the router DSL cable into the DSL port on the wall. Do not use the adapter filter.
For fibre: connect a network cable from the router WAN port to Port1 on the fibre connection box (ONT).
Plug in power and press the power button if no lights appear.
Wait at least three minutes until the broadband light is steady green.
Plug the handset adapter into Phone1, then plug your phone into the adapter.
