What to check if you hear a disconnected tone. For Home2Phone customers. C
Don't worry if you hear a disconnected or unavailable message. It often means the line is not active yet or the box has lost connection.

Geemarc box: confirm the Wi-Fi or 4G light is lit. Turn it on with the left-side power button if needed.

GSM handset: confirm it is powered on with signal bars.

Check mobile signal at the Geemarc box location.

Restart the equipment. See Reset your phone equipment for Hybrid steps.

Listen again for dial tone.
