Don't worry if calls arrive but the bell stays silent. Ringer switches, cordless handsets, flat batteries, or call divert are common causes.

Check the ringer is not on silent and volume is up on every handset.
Charge cordless handsets fully on their bases.
Cancel call divert if active.
Try a corded phone plugged directly into Phone1 to compare ringing.
Still not working?
If the phone still does not ring after these checks, report a fault online and say whether caller display shows incoming calls.
