Don't worry if calls arrive but the bell stays silent. Ringer switches, cordless handsets, flat batteries, or call divert are common causes.

GSM handset: confirm it is powered on with signal bars.
Charge cordless handsets on their bases.
Try a landline handset we supplied on the Geemarc box phone socket.
