What to do with your phone line when you move.

Moving needs timing so you are not left without a phone on moving day.
Tell us as early as possible, especially for a Physical line.
You can usually keep your phone number when you move within the UK.
Which service do I have?
Check your welcome letter if you are unsure.
Physical line: you have a router or adapter box at the main phone socket or fibre box.
Home2Phone: we supply a Geemarc GSM box or GSM handset with the SIM, same service as Home2Mobile, but with equipment we support.
Home2Mobile: same SIM service. We send the SIM only and you use your own mobile phone.
Your own broadband: we supply a telephone adapter. You connect it to your own internet router. Your phone plugs into Phone1 on the adapter.
