Fix a single handset or extension. For Home2Phone customers. C
Don't worry. When one phone works and another does not, the fault is usually the handset, extension lead, or flat batteries, not the whole line.
Quick answer
Confirm one phone works on the Geemarc box with a handset we supplied, or on the GSM handset we supplied.
Step-by-step checks
Confirm one phone works on the Geemarc box with a handset we supplied, or on the GSM handset we supplied.
Geemarc box: use only landline handsets from your Simple Telecoms package.
If you have the Geemarc box, use a landline handset we supplied with your package. We do not support other handsets plugged into the Geemarc box.
Swap phone cables between the Geemarc box and handset if you have spares from your package.
If cordless, charge batteries and reboot the base.
If the phone still fails with a good cable, contact us. We only support handsets we supplied.
Things to know
Still not working?
If all phones fail when plugged into the main box socket, report a fault online rather than only replacing handsets.
