Find the right socket on your equipment. For Home2Phone customers. Y
Don't worry if there are several sockets on the box and the wall. Your home phone connects to Phone1 on the router or adapter box, not the old wall socket or the filter phone port.
Quick answer
Your landline handset plugs into the Geemarc box we supplied, or you use the GSM handset we supplied, not a wall socket.

Home2Phone uses the same SIM-based service as Home2Mobile. We supply the equipment: either a Geemarc GSM box (a landline handset plugs into the phone socket) or a GSM cordless handset with the SIM already inside. We only support equipment and handsets sold by Simple Telecoms as part of your package.
Find the right socket
Geemarc box: find the phone socket on the box, not on the wall.
Geemarc box: plug in a landline handset we supplied with your package.
If you have the Geemarc box, use a landline handset we supplied with your package. We do not support other handsets plugged into the Geemarc box.
GSM handset: there is no wall socket. Your phone is the handset we supplied.
Do not plug the phone into an old wall socket. It will not work.
Keep the Geemarc box plugged into mains power at all times, or keep the GSM handset charged and switched on.
