Don't worry. With Home2Mobile there is no wall socket. Your mobile phone with the SIM is your phone service.

Quick answer

There is no wall socket to plug into. Your mobile phone with the SIM is your phone service.

More detail

There is no wall socket to plug into. Your mobile phone with the SIM is your phone service.

Home2Mobile uses the same SIM-based service as Home2Phone, with your landline number on a SIM for inbound and outbound calls. We send the SIM only; you put it in your own mobile phone.

Where your phone connects

  1. Keep the SIM in the mobile phone we set up for your landline number.

  2. Power on your phone to receive calls on your home number.

  3. There is no router, adapter box, or wall socket to connect.

What success looks like

Your phone shows signal bars and you can make and receive calls on your home number.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting a router or wall socket. Home2Mobile is SIM-only.
  • Putting the SIM in a locked phone from another network.
  • Leaving airplane mode on so the phone cannot connect.
