Fix poor call quality on Home2Mobile. Check signal strength and try a different location. Home2Phone and Home2Mobile use the mobile network.
Don't worry. Home2Mobile is SIM-only, the same service as Home2Phone, but in your own mobile phone.
Quick answer
Home2Phone and Home2Mobile use the mobile network. The same landline number is on a SIM. Poor audio is usually weak signal where the SIM is, not a fixed line fault we can fix remotely.

Steps for Home2Mobile
Move the Geemarc box, GSM handset, or your mobile phone to a spot with stronger signal, often near a window.
Restart the equipment or your phone.
Try again at the same time of day the problem happened, to see if signal strength varies.
Note whether all calls sound poor or only in certain rooms when reporting.
Try a test call where your phone shows full signal bars.
Move away from interference such as microwaves during the test.
What success looks like
Your phone shows signal bars and you can make and receive calls on your home number.
Common mistakes
- Expecting a router or wall socket. Home2Mobile is SIM-only.
- Putting the SIM in a locked phone from another network.
